About

The Listening Cave is a space for attuned presence—a field of possibility that becomes available when we listen and pace.

Here, we meet the moment as it arises, learning how to arrive more fully in each experience.

Through gentle, somatic work, we learn to listen in a different way—not by seeking to change or fix, but by allowing what’s already there to reveal itself.
